Tim Scales is a New York–based creative leader building brands people feel—and remember.
As Group Creative Director at Robinhood, he leads the award-winning Brand Defining team, partnering with founders and executives to evolve the company from a product-led disruptor into a brand with cultural weight. He shapes the work end to end—from emotional storytelling to system-level design that redefines how Robinhood shows up in the world.
Tim’s career bridges agencies and leading tech brands, with work that spans Squarespace’s Super Bowl campaigns with Dolly Parton to Robinhood’s recent rebrand. His teams’ efforts have earned recognition from D&AD, One Show, and other top industry honors.
Originally from Melbourne, Australia, Tim is passionate about building lean, high-performing teams and creating systems that keep creativity moving at the pace of technology.
